Michelle Palk

Michelle Palk has over 20 years of work experience in the medical field. Michelle currently works at Vitalant as the Sr. Director of Reference Lab & Transfusion Services in the West Territory, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Inland Northwest Blood Center, where they held various roles including Director of Clinical Laboratory from November 2016 to September 2020, Transfusion Service and HPC Lab Manager from October 2014 to September 2020, and Training and Process Improvement Manager from February 2000 to October 2014.

Michelle Palk attended Eastern Washington University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Their field of study focused on Medical Laboratory Science, with a specialization in Blood Banking.
