Rita Cowdery

Rita Cowdery has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Rita started their career as a Desktop Applications Training Consultant at Affiliated Computer Services in 1999. Rita then worked as an Applications Training & Instructional Design Consultant at Apogee Solutions Inc. (now WorkWise, LLC) from 2000 to 2009. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Desktop Applications Training Consultant at Micro Strategies and later at PC Communications from 2008 to 2013.

In 2010, Rita joined WorkWise, LLC (formerly Apogee Solutions, Inc.) as a Cloud Training and Change Enablement Consultant, where they specialized in curriculum development and training for Google Apps for Business. Rita also worked as a Google Apps Consultant at Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce in 2013.

Rita's experience in Taleo administration and recruiting began in 2013 when they worked as a Taleo Administrator / Corporate HR Recruiter at WageWorks. Rita then joined Northern Arizona Healthcare in 2015 as a Taleo Administrator Contractor, responsible for implementing and administering the Taleo Business Edition applicant tracking system.

Currently, Rita is working as an HRIS Analyst at Vitalant, a comprehensive transfusion medicine organization. Their role includes providing support, management, and analysis of the HRIS system.

Throughout their career, Rita has consistently demonstrated expertise in training and support for various applications, including Microsoft Office, document management systems, and Google Apps. Rita has also contributed to process improvement and system enhancement efforts.

Rita Cowdery attended Woodrow Wilson from 1975 to 1977 and obtained a diploma. Later, from 1977 to 1980, they enrolled at Strayer University-Maryland to study Business Administration and Management, General, although they did not complete a degree.
