Dr. Todd Rowland, MD, FAAPMR, has extensive experience in the medical field. In 2021, they became the Chairperson of the Telehealth Innovation Working Group for the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (AAPM&R). From 2018-2019, they served as Chief Medical Officer for VitalFlo, Advisor for Wabash College Global Health Initiative, and Attending Physician for Duke Hospitals at Carolina Rehabilitation and Surgical Associates. From 2018-2019, they were also a Member of RTP Capital Associates and a Physician Associate for MedSurgPI, LLC. From 2005-2019, they served as Adjunct Faculty for Indiana University Bloomington and has been a Member of HIMSS since 1996. Additionally, they are the CMIO for HealthLINC, a non-profit organization that they co-founded, which supports health information technology adoption and health information exchange.

Todd Rowland, MD, FAAPMR completed their education history with a Fellowship in Medical Informatics at Harvard University from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed a Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at The Ohio State University from 1991 to 1993. Todd also completed an Internship in Transitional Year at IU Health Methodist from 1989 to 1990. Their medical degree (M.D.) was obtained from Indiana University School of Medicine from 1985 to 1989, and their undergraduate degree (A.B.) in Biology was obtained from Wabash College from 1981 to 1985.
