Steffie Ballemans

Steffie Ballemans is a Learning & Development specialist at Vitalis WoonZorg Groep since September 2022, with previous experience as a Design Based Working expert at Fontys | PULSED, where responsibilities included designing and facilitating international learning experiences. Prior roles include Head of the Design Department at International School Eindhoven, where curriculum mapping and coaching colleagues were key duties, and a Careers Counselor at De Rooi Pannen Vormgeving, focusing on student recruitment and guidance. Steffie has also contributed as a design teacher and educational designer in various educational institutions and holds a Master of Science in Healthy Ageing from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, alongside multiple degrees in design and arts.
