Tara Sikes, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Vice President of People and Culture at Vitality Living since May 2024. Previously, Tara held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at AJ Capital Partners from March 2023 to April 2024, where responsibilities included creating the HR structure for AJ Management and overseeing HR functions for various hospitality and residential projects. As Chief People Officer at Maple Street Biscuit Company from January 2017 to February 2023, Tara developed the HR department and led the company’s growth from 9 to over 60 locations. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Business Partner at Regency Centers and Human Resources Generalist at Harden. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Florida, obtained in 2011.
