Sherly Zheng

Senior Support Engineer at Vitally.io

Sherly Zheng started their work experience as an Associate Production Support Engineer at Unqork in April 2020. In this role, they triaged, debugged, regression tested, and resolved critical production issues and coordinated incident responses. In February 2021, they were promoted to a Production Support Engineer, where they implemented monitoring in Datadog to increase visibility on environment health and created a proof of concept for the platform status page. In February 2022, they were promoted again to become a Senior Support Engineer. Sherly designed, developed, tested, and maintained tools to optimize team productivity and partnered with DevOps engineers to automate setting feature flags. Sherly also led a team responsible for monitoring end-user patterns. Sherly joined Vitally.io in June 2023 as a Senior Support Engineer, and their employment there is ongoing.

Sherly Zheng attended Queens College from 2013 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
