Megan Rise is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations management and educational support. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Operations Manager at VitalSource since July 2021, Megan previously held various managerial roles at Barnes & Noble College from August 2014 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes an undergraduate writing tutor position at Duke University and roles as an office assistant and film editor. Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History with a minor in Evolutionary Anthropology from Duke University and has also studied at the University of Oxford.
