Andy Dosev

Andy Dosev is a seasoned recruiter at Aquent Talent, focusing on emerging technologies, gaming, and web 3.0 talent since July 2021. With extensive experience in creative and marketing recruitment, Andy has successfully placed talent in large organizations and has contributed to training new team members. In addition to recruitment, Andy serves as Chapter Chair for the Surfrider Foundation Ventura County Chapter, coordinating meetings and writing grants for funding. Previous roles include Project Manager at Vonazon and Founder and Host of The Stakeholders Podcast. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from California State University Channel Islands and an Associate's degree in Marketing from Sierra College.
