Lauren Romance

Lauren Romance is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development and human resources. Currently serving as Associate Manager of Learning & Development at Vitamix since January 2012, Lauren drives initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention while managing several company-wide programs, including performance management and employee onboarding, and directing the implementation of the Birkman Method to foster developmental growth and leadership effectiveness. Previous roles include serving as Sr. Learning & Development Specialist/HR Business Partner at Vitamix and Sr. Recruiting Coordinator at Paycor, along with an internship in human resources at Equity Trust Company. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Finance from Ohio University.
