Christa Roman

Christa Roman, MSHS, CDP, currently serves as the National Director of LTC Partnerships at VITAS Healthcare since February 2023. Previously, Christa held the position of Community Relations Director at North Star Senior Advisors from March 2022 to February 2023, and served as Senior Memory Care Advisor/Marketing Director at Arden Courts from October 2015 to March 2022. Christa's extensive experience includes multiple roles at VITAS Healthcare, as well as positions in sales and marketing at Samaritan Care Hospice and Arden Courts HCR Manor Care. Christa began the professional journey as Director of Admissions at TERRA VISTA REHAB AND HEALTH CENTER in 1997. Christa holds a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida, completed in 1997.
