After six years, they joined Ross Pediatric, a Division of Abbott Laboratories, as a Sales and Marketing Manager. During their tenure, they initiated successful marketing campaigns, developed strategic plans, and achieved top sales ranking in the United States for two consecutive years. In 2004, Herman moved to VITAS Healthcare, first as a Senior Business Development Manager/Trainer & Phase 5 Representative and later as the Director of Market Development.
