Melissa Tidwell

Melissa Tidwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melissa started their career in 1996 as a Store Manager/Area Manager at Kenneth Cole Productions, where they managed sales, operations, and human resources. Melissa then moved on to work at Bank of America as a Branch Manager, leading a successful banking center and building strong customer relationships. In 2015, Melissa became a Hospice Specialist Account Executive at Kindred Healthcare, promoting hospice services and building relationships with healthcare professionals. Melissa later joined Brookdale in 2017 as a Home Health Coordinator, where they established rapport with referral sources and provided high-quality home healthcare services. Currently, Melissa is the Director of Market Development at VITAS Healthcare, responsible for developing new markets and expanding the company's presence.

Melissa Tidwell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management from Northwest Florida State College. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science degree in Management from Troy University.
