Andres Llinas

Andres Llinas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Andres most recently worked at Viterra as the Head of TI Support, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Universidad Provincial del Sudoeste, where they held the positions of Profesor and IT Manager from October 2017 to October 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked at Universidad Nacional del Sur as an Asistente de Catedra and Ayudante de Catedra for their "Fundamentos de Redes de Computadoras" program from June 2010 to the present. Andres also worked at TGS as a Project Engineer from April 2009 to October 2017, TyA Ingenieria y servicios s.a. as a Gerente de Proyectos from June 2008 to March 2009, and RTS as a Project Engineer from January 2006 to June 2008. During their time at RTS, they were involved in various projects for companies such as PAN AMERICAN ENERGY, TGS, KIMBERLY CLARK, KEMIRA, and BOTNIA.

Andres Llinas has a comprehensive education history spanning multiple years and institutions. Starting in 1990, they attended ENET 1, where they obtained a degree in Tecnico Electronico, specializing in electronics. From 1997 to 2008, they pursued a degree in Ingeniero Electronico at Universidad Nacional del Sur. After completing their undergraduate studies, Andres went on to further their education at the same institution, earning a specialization in Gestion de la Tecnologia y la Innovacion from 2012 to 2017. Seeking additional knowledge and skills in the field of Information Technology, they attended Universidad de Murcia from 2020 to 2021 to complete a Curso Internacional en Direccion TIC para CIO de Universidades. Currently, they are enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program at Universidad Nacional del Sur, with a focus on Software-Defined Networks.
