Netsabel Moreno T.

Netsabel Moreno T. has extensive work experience in business analysis and project management. They started their career as a Technical Consultant at ArtinSoft in 1999 and later worked as a Project Leader at Infosgroup from 2003 to 2007. At Infosgroup, they were responsible for project planning, resource management, scope management, and quality assurance. They also implemented web-based solutions for clients such as the Panama Canal Authority and Telefonica Moviles Panama.

In 2007, Netsabel joined Ultimus as a Senior Project Manager, where they successfully executed projects for geographically distributed accounts and teams in the banking and finance sector. Their projects included credit scoring, automated policies evaluation, integration with core banking systems, and regulatory change projects.

From 2016 to 2017, Netsabel worked as a Business Analyst at Experian, and from 2018 to 2020, they served as a Senior Business Analyst at Barclays. In these roles, they contributed to business analysis and project management activities within the respective organizations.

In 2021, Netsabel joined Barclaycard Payments as a Senior Business Analyst, where they continued to apply their expertise in business analysis. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Business Analyst at Vitesse PSP Limited, starting in 2022.

Netsabel Moreno T. completed a Diploma in PMI Project Management at the University of Louisville in 2007. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1997, Netsabel obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science from the Universidad Nacional in Heredia, Costa Rica.

In addition to their educational background, Netsabel has obtained several certifications. They completed a course on "Learning from Failure" at LinkedIn in July 2021. Netsabel also obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in June 2022. Lastly, Netsabel holds a Professional Scrum Master level I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org, although the month and year of attainment are unspecified.
