Karen Wachter Howell

Karen Wachter Howell has extensive experience in fuel oil operations, having worked in this field for over two decades. Currently, Karen is employed at Vitol in the Fuel Oil Operations department since January 2023. Prior to this, Karen held similar roles at Freepoint Commodities from February 2015 to December 2022, Enjet, LLC from July 2013 to February 2015, and Trafigura AG from October 2002 to July 2013, where additional responsibilities included distillate blending and pipeline operations. Karen holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, which was obtained between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science from Gettysburg College, completed in 2002.
