Previously, Luiz held various roles at Sonoco from March 2004 to August 2013, including Regional Manufacturing Manager and Operations Manager, managing multiple plants and a significant workforce in the Brazilian division. Prior experience includes positions as Plant Manager at Sonoco, Quality, EHS, and Customer Service Manager at Latasa Rexam, and Packaging Engineer at The Coca Cola Company. Luiz's educational background includes an MBA from FGV, advanced leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership, and a degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering.
