Halé Metzger has a wide range of work experience spanning different industries. They began their career as an Editor at Electronic Design/EDGE Editions in 1988 and later worked as a Front Desk Clerk at Mount View Hotel in 1989. In 1990, they worked at The Inn at the Tides as a Relief Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk before moving on to Sheraton San Francisco Airport as a Guest Service Supervisor. From 1992 to 1996, Halé worked at Sher Blumenfeld & O'Leary as a Data Systems Supervisor/Legal Assistant, and later at Sher & Blumenfeld as a Bankruptcy Paralegal. They then worked as a Legal Assistant/Office Manager at the Law Offices of John A. Butler III from 1996 to 1999. In 2000, Halé worked at AdFlight, Inc. as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, handling logistics and administrative tasks. They also worked as an Operations Project Specialist at AdFlight, Inc., receiving recognition for their dedication and commitment to corporate office relocation. From 2001 to the present, Halé has been working at Vitria Technology, Inc. as an Executive Legal Assistant/Senior Corporate Paralegal, overseeing legal matters, contracts, and outside counsel in foreign jurisdictions. Throughout their career, Halé has demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various stakeholders.

Halé Metzger obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Santa Clara University in 1994-1995. Prior to that, they pursued Design, Industrial Studies, and Philosophy at San Jose State University from 1978 to 1980. Halé also undertook studies in English, Architecture, and Art History at Yale University between 1973 and 1978.
