Frank Stieler

Frank Stieler is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chairman of vitronet Gruppe and Senior Advisor at Kent Road Capital since February 2022, Stieler is also the owner of Stieler Consulting. Previously, Stieler held the position of CEO at KraussMaffei Company Limited from January 2019 to March 2020 and at KraussMaffei from August 2015 to March 2020. Notable prior roles include Senior Advisor for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria at Sun Capital Partners, and CEO of Hochtief AG, overseeing European construction and facility management operations. Stieler began a career at Siemens, where the integration of Demag Delaval into Siemens Industrial Applications led to the establishment of the Siemens Oil & Gas division. Stieler holds a Staatsexamen in law from Goethe University Frankfurt.
