Neil Mason

Neil Mason is the current Managing Director at Vitruvius. Prior to this, they served as an Executive at Aurecon from April 2008 to May 2012, where they were responsible for managing and directing the delivery of professional service led projects for key clients, including the NZTA and KiwiRail. Neil was also a member of Aurecon Tauranga's Leadership Team, responsible for steering the business strategies, accessing current market opportunities, risk management and mitigation, client liaison and relationship management, analysis on business performance, local business P&L account, 5 year strategy planning, strategy implementation planning and delivery, recruitment and people performance, People Manager for the Transport and Geotechnical Engineers, Engineer to the contract on physical works stage delivery, and Technical verifier and adviser on rail and civil engineering schemes. Prior to their time at Aurecon, Neil Mason served as Operations Manager at Balfour Beatty Rail from June 2000 to April 2008.
