Deanna Johns

Deanna Johns is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing people and culture across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Vitura Health since February 2022, Deanna previously held roles including Human Resources Advisor at Aspire Allied Health and Home Modifications and Employee Relations Advisor at Woolworths Group, where responsibilities encompassed providing extensive HR advice and support. Deanna has also managed HR functions at Gold Coast Cabs, developed recruitment and training strategies at Artius PTY LTD, and served in various HR coordination roles in the hospitality industry, demonstrating a diverse skill set in HR management and organizational development. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Human Resources Management) and Hotel Management from Griffith University, along with an Associate’s Degree in Tourism from TAFE Queensland.
