Dessy Mayarani, CHRM, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and strategic HR practices across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager People & Business for Viu in Indonesia and Malaysia since January 2018, Dessy focuses on driving people strategy in alignment with business growth and enhancing operational HR service delivery.
