Evgenia Gkegkiou

Evgenia (Venia) Gkegkiou currently serves as Chief People Officer at Viva.com since April 2020, having previously worked as a Human Capital Strategy Advisor and Senior HR Project Manager in freelance consulting. Prior experience includes a role as HR Director at Janssen Europe, Middle East & Africa, where responsibilities included strategic planning for talent and performance management, and HR Manager at Nike Hellas, contributing to the establishment of the company's operations in Greece. Earlier positions include HR & Administration Manager at DOCUSYS SA and HR Consultant at SHL Hellas, coordinating international projects and assessments. Evgenia holds a Master's in European Employee Relations & HRM from Keele University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
