Marnia Law, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in HR and People functions. Marnia most recently worked as the Sr Director of People at Vive Financial, where they led the People team and aligned strategic initiatives with company goals. Prior to that, they served as a Sr HR Business Partner at Discover Financial Services for six years.
