Tealye Nieves

Tealye Nieves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in accounts receivable, collections, and billing processes. Currently serving as a Manager at Viventium since March 2017, Tealye oversees A/R and collections, assists in creating standard operating procedures, and provides training across various teams. Previous roles include Supervisor and Team Lead in billing and cash management, along with a solid foundation as a Senior Collections Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at Groupe SEB, Ultimate Services Inc, and Central Poly Corp, where Tealye honed skills in account maintenance, delinquency reduction, and customer service. Tealye holds a Master's degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Behavior and Organizational Psychology, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Management, and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Kean University and UCNJ Union College.
