Heloína Marthinelle

Heloína Marthinelle is currently serving as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Viveo since November 2020, focusing on people management. Previously, Heloína worked at Elmo Calçados S/A from January 2010 to October 2020, initially as an Analista de Recursos Humanos involved in recruitment and selection processes, and later as an Analista de Treinamento, where responsibilities included assessing training needs and implementing programs such as Trainee and PDL.
