Nataliya Batarina has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and policy analysis. Nataliya started their career at UNEP as a programme management support intern, where they assisted in coordinating the Sustainable Public Procurement project and conducted research on sustainable development. Nataliya also had responsibilities in translation, editing, and reporting for the project. Nataliya then joined OECD-OCDE as a Junior Policy Analyst in the Environment Directorate, where they contributed to research, analysis, and drafting of various projects related to SME greening and green growth. Nataliya collaborated with UNIDO and played a role in organizing meetings and communicating with government officials. Following their time at OECD, Nataliya worked as a Developer at Gfi Informatique, and currently serves as a Software Engineer at Viveris.
Nataliya Batarina has a diverse educational background. Nataliya completed a Bac+5 degree in Computer Software Engineering from Isika - Formation aux Métiers du Numérique in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree (M2) in Development Economics and International Project Management from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) from 2013 to 2014. Nataliya also holds a Master's degree (M1) in International Economics from the same university, which they obtained in 2013. Nataliya earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management from Wyzsza Szkola Biznesu - National Louis University between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in International Management (Erasmus) from ESC Chambery (INSEEC Alpes-Savoie) during the academic year 2010-2011. In terms of certifications, Nataliya obtained the Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM 1) certification from Scrum.org in May 2020.
