Lydia Enriquez has over 20 years of experience in human resources roles. Lydia began their career as an Operations Manager at Bogden Construction, where they managed day-to-day operations and performed various office duties. Lydia then moved on to work as a Human Resources Director at The Inter-Faith Group, overseeing payroll, employee relations, training, and performance management across multiple states.
In 2005, Lydia joined Quicksilver Resources Inc. as a Senior Payroll Manager, where they developed in-house payroll software and processed payroll for over 250 employees. Lydia later worked at Pursuit of Excellence, Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, managing client portfolios and implementing strategic programs and policies.
From 2015 to 2016, Lydia served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at MedSynergies, where they managed a portfolio of medical clinics and implemented standard operating procedures for employee investigations and disciplinary processes.
Lydia's experience also includes roles as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Chaban Wellness, where they developed strategic HR plans and implemented programs to increase productivity, and as the Senior Director Human Resources at DermCare Management, where they developed and implemented HR processes and programs to increase organizational productivity and effectiveness.
Lydia also owned their own HR consulting company, ReThink HR Consulting, where they served multiple clients in a variety of industries, specializing in employee relations, benefits, compliance, and process development.
Most recently, Lydia worked as the Head of Human Resources & People and as a Senior Director at Santo Remedio, LLC, developing HR-related policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, and providing guidance on talent management and employee development. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at VIVEX Biologics, where they are responsible for HR strategy and the overall administration of the function.
Lydia Enriquez, DBA, M.S., C.P.P., has a diverse education history encompassing various fields of study. In 1999, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Practical Nursing, Vocational Nursing, and Nursing Assistants from Concorde Career Institute in North Hollywood, California. Following this, in 2004, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Services from the University of Phoenix.
Lydia then pursued further education, receiving a Certificate in Co-Occurring Disorders from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2006. In 2014, they obtained a Fundamentals of Payroll Certification from North Lake Community College.
Additionally, Lydia holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Keiser University in Ft Lauderdale, completed in 2012. Lydia is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Capella University, with an anticipated completion date in 2019.
In terms of certifications, Lydia has obtained the following: Anti-Harassment Training-Manager from Diversys Learning Inc (March 2023), Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Employees V4.01 2022 from Traliant (February 2022), and a Certified Payroll Professional certification from the American Payroll Association.
