Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Secondary Education-English from Metro State University, studying from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Art History from the University of Colorado Denver, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004.

In addition to their academic degrees, Natacha has also obtained additional certifications. Natacha has completed Level 2 Customer Success Advanced certification from Growth Molecules™ in November 2022.
