Erika Mitchell

Erika Mitchell, PHR, has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Erika is currently the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Vivid Seats since June 2021. Prior to that, Erika worked at Wintrust Financial Corporation, where they held the positions of Vice President, Compensation Manager from August 2019 to June 2021, and Compensation Manager (Assistant Vice President) from February 2018 to August 2019.
