Jane Deflorio

Jane DeFlorio is an accomplished corporate director with extensive experience in various sectors, including ticketing, real estate, and apparel. Currently serving as Corporate Director at Vivid Seats since October 2021 and SITE Centers since January 2017, Jane also held the role of Corporate Director at Perry Ellis International from December 2014 to October 2018, contributing to key committees. Prior experience includes positions at Deutsche Bank as Managing Director in Retail/Consumer Sector Investment Banking, and at UBS Investment Bank and Morgan Stanley in similar roles. Jane's career began as a Process Engineer and Manufacturing Supervisor at Merck. Jane holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
