Jimmy Litz has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jimmy began their career as an Animation Intern at Renters Refuge in 2011 and then worked as a Visual Effects Artist at UBK Studios in 2012. Jimmy also gained experience as a Storyboard Artist at Getwyld Productions from February to July 2012.

In the same year, they worked as a 3D Character Animator for "Cerebus Tale of a Fractured Destiny" at What Comics Entertainment and later joined Depaul University Academic Success Center as a Graduate Assistant from September 2010 to August 2012. At the Academic Success Center, they managed appointments for advisers, addressed student questions, and handled phone calls.

Furthermore, Jimmy served as a Freelance Animator at Shockley Pictures in October and November 2014, and as a Storyboard Artist at Gold Coast Media Partners from July 2016 to May 2017. Jimmy also worked as a Lead IT Support Specialist at GoHealth from November 2012 to May 2018, gaining expertise in IT support.

Most recently, they held the position of IT Support Manager at Vivid Seats LLC, starting in May 2018. Additionally, Jimmy demonstrated their creativity and writing skills as an Author at Chimera's Comics, collaborating with other artists and authors to produce the graphic novel, Cellar Door, and writing and illustrating a short story called "The Umbrella People."

Jimmy Litz has a strong education background in the fields of cinema production, animation, and communication. Jimmy completed their Master of Science degree in Cinema Production with a concentration in Animation at DePaul University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Carthage College, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.

Apart from their formal education, Jimmy has also obtained several additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2015, they earned the edX Honor Code Certificate for Introduction to Linux from edX. Later, in 2020, they completed a course on Coaching and Developing Employees from LinkedIn. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained certifications in Learning PowerShell and Learning Wi-Fi, both from LinkedIn.
