Kelvin Kang

Kelvin Kang is the Head of Engineering at Vivid Seats. Prior to joining Vivid Seats, Kelvin was a Principal Consultant at ThoughtWorks from April 2020 to December 2020. Before that, they were the Chief Technology Officer at WE from June 2016 to April 2020.

In their role as CTO at WE, Kelvin was responsible for an IT infrastructure that spanned multiple offices in North America, Europe, and Africa. Kelvin was also responsible for the software engineering and digital product management departments. Under Kelvin's leadership, the Technology Division became a thought leader in product management, organizational discipline, and people management. Kelvin also helped reduce overall spending by removing unnecessary complexity from WE's systems.

In addition to their work in IT, Kelvin also served on the Executive Team as a steward for the organization. Kelvin was a key strategic partner for initiatives like Digital Transformation and Evolution. Kelvin also drove operational maturity and efficiencies for the organization as a member of the COO team.

Kelvin is a highly respected leader in the technology community. Kelvin has developed strategic relationships with key technology vendors and partners to drive the right strategic outcomes for their organizations. Kelvin is known for their ability to develop innovative solutions that lower costs and increase efficiency.
