Kevin Yaroch

Kevin Yaroch has a diverse work experience in software engineering and web development. Kevin started their career at Hurricane Electric as a Support Engineer, providing network support and assisting with server administration. Kevin then transitioned to a role as a Web Developer, where they developed and maintained a Ruby on Rails web application and communicated with internet exchanges and potential peers. Kevin then joined Amount as a Software Engineer, updating and refactoring legacy code to fulfill client requirements and resolve service incidents. Kevin later became a Senior Software Engineer at Amount, where they developed new frontend and backend web applications, maintained legacy applications, and provided code reviews and documentation. Currently, they work at Vivid Seats as a Senior Software Engineer.

Kevin Yaroch earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including CCNA - Routing & Switching from Cisco in April 2014, Linux+/LPIC-1 from CompTIA in March 2014, and Network+ from CompTIA in September 2013.
