In 2015, they became a corporate ergonomics and healthy workforce analyst at Functional Movement Systems Special Performance, where they worked with Southern California Edison developing wellness programs. The following year, they interned as a marketing & media strategist at 95.5 KLOS. Finally, Ungerman took on their current role as project manager at VivoSense in 2018.

Their manager is Dudley Tabakin, CEO. They are on a team with Tracy Swibas - Project Manager, Doug McAllister - Chief Technology Officer, and Kate Lyden - Chief Science Officer.
