Mohan Sushantam has extensive experience in data science and analytics, holding leadership roles in companies like Vivriti Capital, LEAD School, PayPal, Mahindra Group, Citi, and HSBC. At Vivriti Capital, Mohan serves as the Chief Product Officer and Chief Data Officer, overseeing teams focused on building loan boarding applications and data/AI practices. In previous roles, Mohan led data science and analytics teams, worked on risk analytics, and developed credit risk models for various financial institutions. Mohan holds a dual degree in Metallurgical & Material Science Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
