Douglas Huynh

Douglas Huynh has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Douglas began as a Paid Intern at Nantero in October 2014 and worked until February 2015. From July 2016 to December 2018, they served as a Crew Trainer at Starbucks. Douglas then joined Microsoft in March 2019 as a Hub Associate, where they stayed until October 2021. Following this, they transitioned to Vivtex in October 2021 as a Laboratory Assistant until June 2022. From June 2022 to June 2023, they advanced to the position of Research Associate I at Vivtex. Currently, since May 2023, Douglas is working as a Research Associate III at Vivtex.

Douglas Huynh attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2016 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering. In addition, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as phone-based customer service, asking great sales questions, Microsoft Teams, cold calling mastery, overcoming sales objections, delivering an authentic elevator pitch, sales prospecting, and closing strategies.
