Blaise Woodworth, Esq. has a diverse background in various legal roles. They currently serve as the Corporate Counsel at Vivun, where they utilize their expertise in PreSales software to drive growth and maximize R&D investments. Prior to this, Blaise worked at ServiceSource as a Strategy Analyst-Attorney, where they managed data and insight tactics for key accounts and developed expansion and growth opportunities. They also served as Counsel at Lee, Hernandez, Landrum & Carlson APC, where they managed litigation related to construction projects and reviewed financial and construction transactional data. Blaise has experience as a Compliance Counsel at Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik, LLC, where they analyzed complex files for pre-litigation and compliance concerns in the context of Debt Collection. Additionally, they worked as Counsel at Meyers & Associates, PLLC, managing multi-stage financial transactions and overseeing the execution of legal documents. Blaise also gained experience as a Legal Intern at Coan Law Offices, U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, The Advanced Communications Law and Policy Institute, Imbesi, Christiansen & Michael, and the New York City Office of Legal Affairs- Supplemental Needs Trust Monitoring Unit. Blaise Woodworth, Esq. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Ethics with a focus on Contemporary Ethics and History from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. In 2006, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law & Philosophy at Minnesota State University, Mankato, completing it in 2008.

Woodworth then attended New York Law School from 2010 to 2013, obtaining a Juris Doctor degree. During their time there, they specialized in Tax Law, Financial Services Law, Business and Banking Law, and Tax Law/Taxation.

Additionally, Woodworth pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law at Queen Mary University of London from 2008 to 2009.

Throughout their career, Woodworth has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In 2019, they completed courses in Building Business Relationships, Business Writing Principles, Data Visualization: Storytelling, Excel 2016 Essential Training, and Learning Microsoft Power BI Desktop. In May 2020, they obtained certifications in Advanced Microsoft Power BI and Data Dashboards in Power BI from LinkedIn.
