Jennifer Healy

Jennifer Healy has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jennifer currently holds the position of People & Culture Director at Vivup since May 2023. Prior to this, they had a role as an HR Consultant, Trustee, Coach, and Mentor from October 2022 to April 2023.

Jennifer has held significant HR leadership roles in the media and advertising industry. As the Chief People Officer at Brainlabs from December 2021 to September 2022, they played a crucial role in setting up and leading a People team, implementing HR strategies, and managing HR activities during the company's scale-up phase. Jennifer also led HR integration efforts during acquisitions and contributed to achieving the "Campaign Best Places to Work for 2022" award.

Before Brainlabs, Jennifer served as the Chief People Officer at Omnicom Media Group UK from May 2020 to December 2021. In this role, they oversaw all HR operations across six media agencies and 1700 employees.

Jennifer's extensive experience in HR leadership also includes their tenure as the Chief People Officer at Mindshare, a global media and marketing services company. Jennifer held this position from January 2013 to May 2020, where they led HR initiatives, launched a Performance Management and Career Development platform, and supported the agency's growth.

Prior to Mindshare, Jennifer held various HR roles at the same company, including HR Director and Human Resources Manager. Jennifer also gained experience as an HR Advisor and Human Resources Executive.

Jennifer began their career as an Executive Assistant at DRSM Advertising Research in 1997. Jennifer then worked as a Marketing Manager at Danka Office Imaging and as a New Business & Client Service Executive at Spade & Archer Advertising. Jennifer also worked as a Personal Assistant at McCann Worldgroup.

With their extensive experience and expertise in HR leadership, Jennifer has demonstrated the ability to drive organizational growth, implement effective HR strategies, and support senior leadership.

Jennifer Healy completed their education in different fields and institutions. In 1993-1994, they attended Castlereagh College, where they earned a Certificate in the Chartered Institute of Marketing. From 2001-2002, they studied at Bromley College of Further & Higher Education, obtaining a degree in Human Resources Management with a focus on CIPD. Later, in 2011-2012, Jennifer attended Management Futures and completed a degree in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring from the ILM.
