Soizic Michel

Soizic Michel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Soizic began their career in 2011 as an Interpreter and Multilingual Event Assistant at Chambre de commerce et d'Industrie de BORDEAUX. In 2011, they also worked as a Passenger Service Agent at Air France, where they welcomed and checked-in passengers, managed difficult situations, and assisted with boarding and departure procedures. Soizic continued at Air France in 2012 as a Lead Check-In Agent and Flight Preparation Coordinator, responsible for ensuring smooth check-in operations and handling challenging situations.

In 2013, Soizic joined Utility wise as a Bilingual Energy Consultant, where they approached businesses on a cold-call basis, procured energy contracts, and developed customer relationships. Later that year, they worked at Cisco as a Customer Service Administrator, providing support to customers in multiple languages and resolving their problems.

From 2014 to 2016, Soizic worked at Huntsman in various roles, including Multilingual Project Coordinator and Customer Service and Logistics Administrator. Soizic managed an international project, established processes, and ensured business continuity. Soizic also handled order processing, customer queries, and monitoring customer accounts.

In 2016, Soizic became a Multilingual Account Manager at Rockwood Pigments, where they managed customer accounts and provided support in multiple languages. Soizic then joined SaleCycle in 2017 as an Implementation Consultant and later became a Senior Client Onboarding Consultant, responsible for implementing solutions and onboarding new clients.

In 2021, Soizic joined NAVEX Global as a Solutions Consultant, providing consultation to clients. In 2022, they joined Vizibl as a Senior Business Analyst. Overall, Soizic Michel has a strong background in customer service, project management, consulting, and business analysis.

Soizic Michel obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Universite Rennes 2 in the years 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they also completed their 3rd year of Bachelor at Universidad de Málaga in International Business/Trade/Commerce. Later that same year, they pursued a Master's degree in International Management and Negotiation specialized in the management of projects and events at Université Bordeaux Montaigne (ex - Bordeaux 3), which they completed in 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Soizic Michel obtained the International Trade Certification from the North East England Chamber of Commerce in September 2014. In June 2011, they obtained the European Certification of Italian from Université de Bordeaux, and in September 2010, they obtained the Spanish Certification (European Level C1) from Instituto Cervantes.
