Rakesh Dutta

Rakesh Dutta is an Operations Executive currently overseeing the Blinkit Perishable, Frozen, Fruits and Vegetables categories and the Zomato Hyperpure division in Kolkata at Hyperpure by Zomato since July 2023. Previously, Rakesh served as Operations Team Lead at Wheelocity, managing a team of 18 supervisors and over 200 associates, where operational metrics for Hyperpure and Blinkit were tracked. As Operations Supervisor at Wheelocity, Rakesh executed significant category migration processes and achieved a 71% increase in pickers' productivity. Rakesh's career began at Flipkart as a Data Entry Operator in the Outbound department, followed by a role as Retail Sales Associate at DUTTA DRESSES. Rakesh is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Symbiosis School for Online & Digital Learning and holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Kalyani.
