Biju Padmanabhan

Biju Padmanabhan has a strong work experience background in the technology industry. Biju started their career at Renaissance Technologies Private Limited as a Technical Consultant. During this time, they led a major initiative at John Deere Health Care, creating their Membership and Claims data warehouse and working on consultancy projects with clients such as John Deere and Allstate Investments.

In 1999, Biju joined TechRepublic as a Senior Technical Architect, where they played a key role in the early stages of the company, from product inception to successful market launch. Biju also helped scale the product to accommodate rapid growth, leading to the company's acquisition by Gartner.

Since 2001, Biju has been Vice President of Software Engineering at Vizient, Inc. In this role, they oversee software engineering and support for various domains, including Operations and Quality, Finance & Accounting, and Digital Marketing. Biju collaborates closely with departmental leadership to develop a multi-year technology strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

Biju Padmanabhan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Andhra University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including "Machine Learning - Fundamentals and Algorithms" from Carnegie Mellon University, "MIT Management Education - Artificial Intelligence in Health Care" from MIT Sloan School of Management, "Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certificate" from Stanford Center for Professional Development, CISSP certification from (ISC)², Project Management Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and TOGAF Enterprise Architect Certification from The Open Group.
