Jerry Huang

Jerry Huang has had a diverse work experience in the legal field. Jerry started their career as an Attorney at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP in 1997, where they worked until 2000. Jerry then joined Foxconn as a Corporate Counsel from 2001 to 2004. Afterwards, they worked at Apex Digital, Inc. as an Acting General Counsel from 2004 to 2009. Since then, Jerry has been with VIZIO, where they have held various positions including Director of Legal Affairs from 2009 to 2011, VP of Legal Affairs from 2011 to 2015, and currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President - General Counsel & Corporate Secretary.

Jerry Huang earned their BA degree in Econ International and East Asian Studies, with a specialization in Computer Programming, from UCLA. Jerry attended UCLA from 1992 to 1995. Later, Jerry pursued a JD degree in the SCALE Program at Southwestern Law School from 1995 to 1997.
