Mary Herman Marshall

Mary Herman Marshall serves as the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Securities at VIZIO since June 2022. Previously, Mary held the position of Senior Director, Securities & Corporate Governance at Activision Blizzard from June 2021 to June 2022. Before their time at Activision Blizzard, Mary served as General Counsel at Virgin Hyperloop from April 2018 to May 2021. Mary also worked at Latham & Watkins as a Corporate Associate from October 2012 to April 2018. Mary holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a BA from Florida State University.
