Matei Lupu

Matei Lupu has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. Matei currently works as a Product Manager at VIZIO starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at Hive from November 2020 to November 2021. In 2020, they held a role as a Business and Data Analyst, where they implemented strategies to personalize social media exposure and developed an R script to streamline processes. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Automation Engineer at MCG LLC, where they developed scripts and workflows in JavaScript to automate machine creation. In 2018, they were a Software Engineering Intern at Harris Corporation, where they designed and implemented a Hierarchical State Machine for radio RF synthesizer. In 2017, they interned at Hidroelectrica SA, assisting with energy management and generator repairs. In 2016, they interned at Interactive Systems and Business Consulting, gaining exposure to Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, and also interned at Interactive Software.

Matei Lupu attended the American International School of Bucharest from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree. Matei then enrolled at UCLA from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
