As the Founder and Principal Consultant of One-up Consulting and Training since 2010, Thanh specializes in process improvement and compliance with various quality management systems. Additionally, Thanh established Success Software Services, which has become a global leader in digital consulting and software development, achieving notable certifications in quality and security management. Thanh also founded Vizion and LightX, focusing on VR production and digital advertising respectively. Other key roles include serving as Co-Founder and Executive Board Member of VNITO Alliance and holding ISO 27001 Certification Auditor responsibilities at TÜV Rheinland Group.
