Anna Nilsson has a diverse work experience in the field of HR, compensation, and benefits. Their most recent role was as the Global Head of HR at Vizrt Group, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the global HR strategy. Before joining Vizrt Group, Anna worked at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines as a Controller in Compensation and Benefits, supporting Group Control and HR management. Anna also has experience as a Tax Manager at Deloitte, where they advised clients on taxation and expatriate payroll issues, and as a Compensation Specialist and Global Mobility Manager at Nasdaq, where they managed global compensation and benefits programs and mobility programs for expat assignments. Anna started their career as a Claims Adjuster at Trygg-Hansa.
Anna Nilsson earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Juridik from Umeå University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Anna also obtained certifications in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn in February 2023, and in Change Management Foundations from LinkedIn in May 2022.
