Hardy Kowari has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

From August 2021 to August 2022, they worked as an Unreal Engine Developer at Vizzio Technologies Pte Ltd. Following that, they were promoted to the role of Director of Engineering in September 2022.

Prior to that, from January 2017 to August 2020, they served as a Principal Application Support Consultant and was responsible for providing support to strategic and high revenue premium customers in the APAC region. Hardy achieved an average customer satisfaction rating of 8/10 from these customers in 2019. Additionally, they led and mentored the ERP support team with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience.

Hardy provided L2 and L3 support for HRMS and ERP systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service level agreements. Hardy also contributed to testing statutory requirements and system changes.

Before joining Unit4, they worked as a Futures Trader at LE Capital Pte Ltd from April 2011 to December 2012.

Hardy's early career included a role as a Project Executive at Synergix Technologies Pte Ltd in 2010.

Hardy Kowari obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completing their education from 2003 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Hardy obtained the "AI for Industry - Literacy in AI" certification from AI Singapore in September 2020 and the "Python for Beginners with Examples" certification from Udemy: Online Courses in March 2020.
