Adarsh Shah

Adarsh Shah currently serves as a VJAL AI Certified Trainer at Vjal Institute since October 2023. With extensive leadership experience, Adarsh has been the CEO of Ultramatic Canada Corp. since November 2011, where the company specializes in Living-in-Place home furnishings. Adarsh also holds the CEO position at Foamco Industries Corporation, a rapid foam fabricator and specialty bedding manufacturer, since March 2009, and leads Dreameasy in brand development, marketing strategy, product development, and key account sales management since June 2003. Prior experience includes serving as a management consultant at Monitor Group from August 1999 to February 2002, providing strategic consulting to Fortune 100 companies across multiple cities. Adarsh completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering at Cornell University from 1996 to 1999, following a high school education at Upper Canada College from 1990 to 1996.
