Mieke Nachtergaele

Mieke Nachtergaele's work experience includes being a Project Lead & Process Analyst at Vlerick Business School since 2022. Before this, they worked at The Reference as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for strategic, build, and integration projects. Mieke also served as a liaison between the internal development team and the customers. Mieke has experience in process improvement, documentation, reporting, and online marketing as a Consultant Project Manager at OZ - Onafhankelijk Ziekenfonds. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at bpost and as a Team Lead Presales at IKEA Group. Earlier in their career, Mieke served as a Project Manager at the AIM, an internet marketing company.

Mieke Nachtergaele has a diverse education history. From 2003 to 2007, they obtained a Master's degree in Communication from Ghent University. In 2006, they started studying Spanish at CVO Kisp, Het perspectief, and Panta Rhei, and continued until 2016. In 2012, they attended Karavaan, where they studied Tourism and Travel Services Management, and completed their degree in 2017. In 2015, Mieke also took a course in Online Marketing at Het Perspectief. Additionally, they hold certifications in various areas, including financial management, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, ADKAR, and First Aid.
