Rachel Thomson

Rachel Thomson serves in various governance roles, including Non-Executive Director at Capricorn Mutual Ltd, IBL Limited, and the Country Fire Authority (CFA), and as an Independent Member of the Audit & Risk Committee for the City of Melbourne and the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic). Experience includes membership on the Audit & Risk Committee for V/Line and the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action, as well as former chairperson and committee member positions in the Women In Water Directors Network (VicWater). Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Economics from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) with additional qualifications including GAICD and completion of the AICD Role of Chair course.
